摘要

Abstract

[Objective ] The aim was to establish a determination method of organochlorine pesticides residue in tobacco by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography. [ Method] After tobacco samples were extracted by n-hexane ultrasonic extraction and purified by. Florisil solid phase extraction , they were detected by gas chromatography electron capture detector (ECD) and using mirex as an internal standard. [ Result ] Eighteen pesticides (spiked at 0.05,0.20 and 0.50 u.g/g) had good linear relation,and the average recoveries of 18 pesticides ranged from 81. 82% to 101.50% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) ofl.95% -4.56%; the limit of detection was 0. 01 u,g/g. [ Conclusion ] The method is sensitive,quick and easy,so it is suitable for the residue analysis of organochlorine pesticides in tobacco.
