Abstract
According to teaching status of Fermentation Microbial Physiology, the course teaching reform was discussed from aspects of material construction, theoretical teaching and experimental teaching, which provides a new and promising innovation thought and method for teaching reform of elective course in universities, plays an active effect and obtains significant effects for improving teaching quality.关键词
