摘要

Abstract

[Objective ] To construct and evaluation index system for village development potentials, and provide technical support for the rational allocation of land resources during village relocation and combination. [ Method ] Three modulus, including economic construction index, ecological construction index and social construction index, were selected to comprehensively analyze the eighteen indexes involved in village development potential, the data was collected to build a subset and then quantitatively treated. The weights of each index were determined objectively to establish an evaluation index system for village development potential, the system was then verified through a case study of Beiyang Town of Henan Province. [Result] A three-level index system was established, including five second-class indexes, namely, village scale, location, industrial structure, eco-environment and village culture, which could be furthur divided into 18 indexes, involving 12 economic indexes, three ecological indexes and three social index, the reasons for the choice of each index were explained. [ Conclusion] An in-depth study was carried out on the selection and quantification of each index. Two more indexes, eco-environment and folk culture, were added, which made the evaluation index system more personalized, and more persuasive of the site selection of village relocation and combination.
