摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To optimize micropropagation of Anthurium andraeanum. [ Method ] The effects of different basic medium and the combination of growth regulators on the adventitious bud inducement, proliferation and rootage were studied to find out the optimum formulation of Anthurium andraeanum. [ Result] The results showed that the best medium of callus inducement and adventitious bud differentiation was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + 2,4-D 0. 1 mg/L 4 NAA 0.1 mg/L. The rate of callus inducement and adventitious bud differentiation was 73. 3% and 90. 9% respectively. The suitable number and size were found on the proliferation medium MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L. The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L supplemented with active carbon 1.0 g/L. The adventitious shoots grew best with the survival rate 95.6% on the transplant medium which the ratio of perlite and peat soil is 1 to 1. [ Conclusion] The study will provide reference for large-scale production of Anthurium andraeanurn.关键词
