The Heterosis Prediction of Rice and Its Application
摘要
Abstract
The yield of 25 hybrid combinations, which grown in two different ecotope, were analyzed on the basis of the additive-dominance and epistasis model with environment interaction. The heterosis of these combinations were predicted, the result of which were tested for the veracity. The results of the analyzation were as fellows: The main genetic effects which controlling the yield of rice was the dominance and additive by additive epistasis effects. The dominance and additive by additive epistasis effects of yield of parent YixianglA , Wan6A, Wan-Hui481, R1005 and Wanhui88 were higher than the others' , which indicated the combinations between these parents were favorable in obtaining high yield hybrid combinations. The combination 10 and 12, which followed by combination 23, were confirmed as the best two according to the analyzation results. The verification test indicated that the prediction of rice heterosis on the basis of the additive-dominance and epistasis model with environment interaction was relatively faithful.关键词
