摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the flavonoids from Elsholtzia communis (Coll. et Hemsl. ) Diels. [Method] The compounds were isolated and purified by using a variety of separating materials combined with many kinds of separation means, their structures were identified by making use of ' C-NMR, 'H-NMR, MS, and other modern spectrum method. [Result] Six flavonoids were isolated and identified from E. communis, including apigenin-7-O-p-D-glucoside (1), luteolin-7-O-p-D-glucoside (2), kaempferol-7-O-p-D-glucoside (3), quercetin-4'-O-(3-D-glucoside (4) , apigenin-5-O-p-D-glucoside (5) , and quercetin-7-O-p-D-glucoside (6). [Conclusion] All compounds are isolated from E. communis for the first time, of which compounds 3-6 are obtained from Elsholtzia for the first time.
