摘要

Abstract

Using root diamond-like 1/4 round method to select Salix matsudana samples in Heihe origin Sunan Yugu Nationality Autonomous County, the roots spatial distribution in project area was analyzed with roots density. The results showed that on 0 - 200 cm vertical profile, Salix matsudana fine roots (iis2 mm) root density showed decreasing trend with soil depth increases. Saftx matsadana fine root density distribution in 60 - 80 cm layer was stable. The Salix matsudana roots, root density profile changes with soiWepth indicated " increase-decrease-increase-decrease trends, 40-80 cm and 120 -180 cm soil Salix matsudana root density distribution was high-density area. From the trunk 50, 100, 150, 200 cm, Salix matsudana fine root biomass of the total fine root biomass ratio was 32. 97% , 27.01% ,21.98% , 18.05% , Salix matsudana root biomass proportion of the total root biomass were 51. 35% , 33. 16% , 6. 96% , 8. 53%. The vertical direction, Salix matsudana fine root biomass with increasing soil depth showed a significant negative exponential decay. Coarse root biomass vertical distribution is similar, with the increase of the horizontal distance, high-density areas the proportion is reduced in tum. The horizontal direction, Salix matsudana root biomass decreased with increasing distance from the stem.
