摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from cultured Cordyceps militaris by ultrasonic assisted aqueous two phase system. [Method] Orthogonal design was used to optimize extracting parameter and the content of polysaccharide was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid. [Result] The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide were: fruiting body of powder (100 mesh) , solid-liquid ratio of 0.03 g/ml, extraction time of 3 h, temperature of 60 °C , ultrasonic time of 30 min at which the highest extraction rate of polysac-charides was 30. 1 %. [ Conclusion] The optimum extraction process of polysaccharide was obtained, and provided the basis for its further development.
