The Influence of College-graduate Village Officials' Career Development on Work Adjustment
摘要
Abstract
By the survey of 240 college-graduate village officials from Jiangsu, Shandong, Anhui, Shanghai, the inner relationship between career development and work adjustment was studied. The results showed that choosing profession motive and career path planning have positive effects on work adjustment of college-graduate village officials; individual career management has significant effects on work adjustment.关键词
