Abstract
According to the current situation of the teaching of basic course Food Microbiology under the background of large class enrollment and combing the needs of teaching reform for undergraduate courses, the teaching content was reformed. The new model " 2 + 1 + 1" of classroom teaching, laboratory teaching and practice teaching was put forward, which will provide a new thought and method for teaching reform of Food Microbiology.关键词
