江浙地区披针叶八角植物过氧化物酶同工酶的研究
Study on Peroxidase Isozyme of Illiciaceme lanceolatum in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Area
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] In order to study the molecular mechanism of genetic diversity in Illiciaceme lanceolatum. [Method] The peroxide enzymes were extracted from young leaves, and their isozyme zymogram were analyzed with gel electrophoresis by using 12 different types of Illiciaceme lanceolatum plants from Jiangsu and Zhejiang Area. [Results] The results showed that ten enzyme band types were detected from the peroxide isozyme zymogram electrophoresis, and two-features enzyme bands of them could identify the two materials of plants. Cluster analysis showed that the plants could be divided into three classes at a 0. 70 similarity coefficient, and clustering groups had high correlations with the plant' s locality, fecundity and the classification of follicle number. [Conclusion]Peroxide isozyme analysis is an effective way to estimate the fecundity of Illiciaceme lanceolatum.关键词
