Abstract
The principle of aqueous two-phase extraction technology principle and the factors affecting the aqueous two-phase partition coefficient were introduced. The research and application of aqueous two-phase system in extraction of enzymes, antibiotics and other compounds were reviewed. The application prospect was also forecasted.关键词
