伸长后期干旱胁迫下不同甘蔗品种的抗旱差异评价
The Drought Resistance Evaluation of Different Sugarcane Varieties under Drought Stress in Elongation Period
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the drought resistance of four introduced sugarcane varieties such as GT02-208. [Method] With 4 introduction varieties such as XDY7, XDY11, XDY12, GT02-208 and two check varieties such as ROC22 (strong drought resistance) and ROC16 (less drought resistance) as tested materials, compared"with normal water supply, the effects of drought stress on physiological indexes, yield characters and process quality of sugarcane based on the potted experiment and the control of water in elongation period were researched, and then membership function of fuzzy mathematics was used to judge the drought resistance of sugarcane varieties. [Result] The membrane permeability, MDA content, proline content of leaf increased significantly under drought stress. The increases were not same in different varieties. Drought stress led to shorter plant and lower production in the later stage of elongation . Drought stress also led to the maturity delay , the sucrose decline, the reducing sugars increase,and made the Process quality become deterioration. [Conclusion] According to the calculated results of membership function, the drought resistance value order of varieties was: ROC22 > XDY11 > XDY7 > XDY12 > ROC16 > GT02-208.关键词
