Abstract
The effects of climate warming on occurrence law and damage of wheat diseases and pests in Xingtai City were studied, the counter-measures for preventing and reducing wheat diseases and pests were put forward: establishing and perfecting monitoring and pre-warning mechanism; improving technical level of wheat diseases and pests integrated control.
