金银花尺蠖幼虫粪便乙醇提取物抑菌活性研究
Antibacterial Activity Studies on Alcohol Extracts from Larva Feces of Honeysuckle Geometrid,Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu.
摘要
Abstract
The antibacterial activities of alcohol extracts from larva feces of honeysuckle geometrid were determined by filter paper method with 4 species of bacteria(Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus magaterium) and 2 species of fungi(Rhizopus stolonifer and Aspergillus flavus ) as tested bacteria. The results showed that alcohol extracts from larva feces of honeysuckle geometrid had a certain antibacterial activities to the 4 tested bacteria, the antibacterial activity sequence was Staphylococcus aureus > Escherichia coli > Bacillus magaterium > Bacillus subtilis, and it would add with dosages increased of feces extracts. At dosage of 0.500 g/ml ,the antibacterial activity of feces extract to Bacillus subtilis was significantly lower than that to Staphylococcus aureus,Escherchia coli and Bacillus magaterium, but there was not significant difference between later three bacteria. But there was no significant difference between the antibacterial activities to the 4 bacteria at other dosages. The alcohol extracts from larva feces of honeysuckle geometrid had no antibacterial activity to Rhizopus stolonifer and Aspergillus flavus.关键词
