Analysis of the Humanistic "Li Theory"in the Water-handling of Hui-style Gardens
摘要
Abstract
The waterscape types, layout and water-handling in Hui-style gardens were analyzed, the influence of " Li Theory" applied in waterscape construction was revealed, which demonstrated in the aspects of nature law, exploring world from portion, restricted rule and utilitarian. Elements of water in Hui-style garden have been sought into the ordered system either in the waterscape morphology of village or in the residential garden. It was concluded that order is one of the essential characteristics of Hui-style gardens.关键词
