摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize technique for extracting procyanidins from apple pericarp assisted by microwave. [Method] Procyanidins from the apple pericarp was extracted by microwave-assisted method. Based on single factor test, the effect of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, microwave time, solid/liquid ratio(W/V) , microwave power on the extraction rate of procyanidins from the apple pericarp was studied according to L16(45 ) orthogonal test. [Result:] The results showed that factors influencing the extraction of procyanidins from the apple pericarp by microwave-assisted method were in the order as follows; solid/liquid ratio( W/V) > ethanol concentration > extraction temperature > microwave power > microwave time, the optimum extracting conditions of procyanidins from the apple pericarp by microwave-assisted were adding ten times amount 50% ethanol and extracting for 5 minutes at 80 ℃ and 120 W power by microwave, the extraction rate of procyanidins was 2. 86 mg/g under the above optimal extracting conditions. [Conclusion] The study will provide theoretical basis for improving apple pericarp utilization rate and producing procyanidins with high added value.
