摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The research aimed to study the quality and mineral nutrient in different varieties of fruit for utilizing pomegranate fruits scientifically. [Method] Five pomegranate cultivars, Qingpi, Fenzi, Dahong, Wuming, Jiabaizi, were taken as materials for studying the changes of quality and mineral nutrient in different parts of fruit and going analysis of variance. [Result] There was extremely significant difference of anthocyanidin content in 5 pomegranate cultivars juice and being difference to varying degrees in others index of quality too. Relatively speaking, Qingpi was better, on the other hand, the mineral content in five cultivars were evidently different, and there were best notable difference in the content of K, Zn and Fe. The mineral content in different parts of different cultivars was different to varying degrees, too. The content of K in pericarp of Fenzi was the highest, and the Mg in seeds was the highest. The content of Ca in pericarp of Dahong was the highest, and the Cu in seeds was the highest. The content of Zn in dissepiment of Wuming was the highest. The content of Fe in flesh of Qingpi was the highest. In conclusion, the mineral nutrient in pomegranate seeds, pericarp, flesh and dissepiment had different characters in different cultivars. [Conclusion] The study will provide theoretical basis for further development and utilization of pomegranate fruits.
