摘要
Abstract
Based on reviewing implementation evaluation methods for land use planning by domestic scholars, through selecting multi-types e-valuating indicators, an index system and evaluation method for land use planning multi-types evaluating was constructed, and applied for Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Agriculture-seven Division. The obtained comprehensive score was 86.40, indicating in the process of implementing,the coordination of the overall land use planning,land, society, economy and ecology are very good,the effect is prominent. The e-valuation results is accordance with the reality, which demonstrated the evaluation system is reasonable and the evaluation method is scientific. The study will provide a reference for land use planning evaluation of other divisions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
