摘要
Abstract
By further clearing plant tissue cultivation curriculum positioning and teaching objective, reforming courses teaching system and examination method, optimizing teaching content, using diversification of teaching method and means, focusing on experimental skills training, and combining teaching content with production practice, students deeply understood the basic principles and methods in plant tissue cultivation, and systematically mastered the techniques of medium preparation,sterilization,vaccination and aseptic operation, achieving the desired results, which improved the practical ability of students and teaching effect was good.关键词
