广州市某体检人群高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的关系分析
Analysis on the relationship between hypemricemia and metabolic syndrome in health checkup subjects of Guangzhou

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship between hypemricemia( HUA ) and metabolic syndrome( MS ) in health checkup subjects of Guangzhou. Methods The objects of the study were the 8 302 subjects who participated the medical examination in a hospital medical center of Guangzhou, there were 5 136 males and 3 166 females. The SAS 9. 0 software package was applied in statistical analysis, Chi-square test was used in the estimation of count data differences between the groups, variance analysis of two factor factorial design were used to compare the HUA with uric acid levels of the various components of MS, the relationship between HUA and MS was analyzed by mult-ivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results MS prevalence was 11.96% in the whole physical examination group, of which 15. 62% for male and 6. 03% for women, prevalence in male was significantly higher than female, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 01 ). The prevalence of each components of MS in HUA group was significantly higher than the normal group, differences had statistical significance ( P <0. 01 ). Serum uric acid level in physical examination group with metabolic syndrome components were higher than those without the components, the differences were all statistically significant ( P <0. 01 ). With the Serum uric acid increased, the MS prevalence was rising, when uric acid level came to 740 μmol/L or more, the peak prevalence was 42. 86% . Mult- ivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the level of uric acid is an independent risk factor of MS, with the u-ric acid level increased, the risk of MS was increasing accordingly. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors of HUA were abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, increased TG, lower HDL, which were all associated with the occurrence of HUA. Conclusion MS prevalence of a physical examination group is high in Guangzhou, HUA has a close relationship with metabolic syndrome, HUA may be a risk factor for the occurrence of the metabolic syndrome.关键词
