Bcl-2蛋白在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及意义
Expression and significance of Bcl-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression of Bcl-2 protein in renal clear cell carcinoma( RCCC ) and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Bcl-2 protein in 83 cases of RCCC tissues, 31 adjacent normal tissues( ANTs ) and 17 normal renal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between Bcl-2 protein expression and clinical pathological data were analyzed. Results The expression level of Bcl-2 protein significantly increased in RCCC compared with ANTs and normal renal tissues ( P < 0. 05 ), it was correlated with the pathological grade of RCCC ( P <0. 05 ),but irrelevant to age, sex, tumor diameter, clinical stages and recurrence. The survival rate of these patients with positive expression of Bcl-2 was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression of Bcl-2. Conclusion The expression of Bcl-2 protein may be related to the occurrence, progression of RCCC and the prognosis of patients, and it may be useful for diagnosing and evaluating prognosis.关键词
