声辐射力脉冲成像技术定量评估肢体良性神经鞘瘤弹性

摘要
Abstract
9 cases with schwannoma in the extremity were examined by ultrasonography. Sonographic imagings focused on the difference of ROI in VTQ values were performed retrospectively among the lesions, muscle tissues, and adipose tissues adjacent to the lesion. The longitudinal diameter of lesions was significantly greater than that of the transverse diameter, at ( 24. 20 ± 6. 54 ) mm and ( 14. 00 ± 3. 61 ) mm, respectively. The detectable rate of continuity with a nerve by ultrasonography was 77. 78%. The SWV values ( m/s ) were: 2. 36 ±0. 59 in lesions, 1. 39 ±0. 42 in muscle tissues, and 1. 69 ±0. 54 in adipose tissues respectively( P <0. 05 ). Significant differences regarding SWV were observed among the lesions, muscle tissues and adipose tissues( P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05 ).关键词
