摘要
Abstract
To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation with syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasis . Methods A total of 78 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation , which was complicated with syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasis , were given ornidazole and levofloxacin by intravenous drip in the menstrual period for 7 days . They were treated with oral administration , external application , and enteroclysis of
traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat , promoting diuresis , and removing blood stasis for 3 courses (each course= 14 d) in the postmenstrual period . Results Of the 78 patients , 58 were cured , 13 showed improvement , and 7 had no response , with an overall response rate of 91 .03% . Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic pel -vie inflammation with syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasis .关键词
