"贺氏三通法"不同时点针刺对脑缺血再灌注大鼠超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的影响
Effects of He's Acupuncture-Moxibustion Three Removing Obstruction Methods Applied at Different Times on Superoxide Dismutase Activities and Malondialdehyde Levels in Rats with Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion

Abstract
To observe the effects of He's acupuncture-moxibustion three removing obstruction methods (HAMTROMs) applied at different times on the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in brain tissue and serum in rats with cerebral ischemia /reperfusion . Methods Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (re= 8), model control group (re?0), and acupuncture group (re?0). The acupuncture group was further divided into 3 h acupuncture subgroup (re?0), 6 h acupuncture subgroup (re?0), and 48 h acupuncture subgroup (re?0). The rat model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion was induced by suture method . The 3 h acupuncture subgroup , 6 h acupuncture subgroup , and 48 h acupuncture subgroup received HAMTROM (once a day) at 3 h, 6 h, and 48 h after the model was induced . The SOD activities and MDA levels in serum and brain tissue were measured at 72 h after the model was established . Results Compared with the model control group , the 6 h acupuncture subgroup showed increased serum SOD activity , and all acupuncture subgroups showed significantly increased SOD activity in brain tissue (P>0 .05); 3 h and 6 h acupuncture subgroups showed significantly increased serum MDA levels (P<C0.01). The 6 h acupuncture subgroup showed significantly higher serum SOD activity and serum MDA level than the 3 h and 48 h acupuncture subgroups (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion HAMTROM can protect the brain tissues from injury via regulating the me -tabolitic disorders of SOD and MDA if applied to the rats with cerebral ischemia /reperfusion earlier .关键词
