正交试验法优选复方白芍颗粒提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Process for Preparing Compound Radix Paeoniae Alba Granules by Orthogonal Design
摘要
Abstract
To establish the optimal extraction process for preparing compound Radix Paeoniae A Iba Granules . Methods Using the yield of dry extract and the extraction rate of paeoniflorin as the indi -ces , the orthogonal design was used to investigate effects of solvent volume , extraction time , and extraction frequency on extraction results . Results The optimal extraction process was as follows : raw material was mixed with water at a ratio of l:10 ; extraction was performed twice (for 1 h each time) . Conclusion The optimal extraction process is feasible and reliable , laying a good foundation for research on compound Radix Paeoniae A Iba Granules .关键词
