Comment on the Architectural Heritage Preservation Laws of the United States
摘要
Abstract
The architectural heritage preservation laws in the United States are divided in two parts: one is the federal law system; the other is the state and local law system. Local authority plays an important role in the protection of architectural heritage. Although there are the 2000 or so regulations of the protection of architectural heritage in America, which can not be introduced one by one, they have the same procedure because of the request of due procedure. It is useful to learn from the American architectural heritage preservation laws, which be propitious to the China to enact the laws关键词
