Abstract
The objective elements of crime including criminal object and objective aspect take the role of objective basis to the bearing of criminal responsibility. Analyzing the objective elements especially the objective aspect correctly is the key to punish the criminal supects properly. The criminal object of the serious accident crime in engineering field should be defined as the administrative order of the country on the quality of construction projects and the quality safety of construction projects; The objective aspect includes three factors: reducing engineering quality standards due to violation of state regulations, resulting in major security incidents and the causal relationship between action and result. This article deeply discusses on those three factors and give a correct analysis about some controversial options.关键词
