Abstract
With the development of construction market economy in China, there are more and more eases that chinese construction cost consulting companies are involved in project life cycle cost management. Based on whole process cost management model and practice as well as research, design alteration method and implement essentials between owners and consultants during the projects in construction stage were discussed in order to propose a new model and standardize the design alteration procedures and improve investanent benefit.关键词
