基于WiFi的网络化油井示功图测试系统研究
Research on Network Well Indicator Diagram Test System Based on WiFi

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the traditional well dynamometer can not realize remote real-time monitoring, a network node indicator diagram test system is designed and implemented. With the core of S3C2440A microprocessor, the harware platform uses Marvell 88w8686 wireless WiFi card, 4-channel A/D converter device ADS8341 and related peripheral devices. Under the embedded Linux operating system, the software system uses the embedded Web server boa and dynamic Web technology to achieve remote data acquisition and realtime monitoring. The displacement of a stroke is obtained by the denoising, twice integral of collected acceleration data and the load is calculated by filtering, linear transformation of pressure data, both of which will be stored in the node SQLite database to inquiry and download historical data. The field test results show that the dynamometer instrument meets the requirements of practical application.关键词
