Design of Signal Acquisition and Processing System Based on TMS320F2812 and LabVIEW for FAIMS
摘要
Abstract
To achieve a miniaturized and portable design of FAIMS, the detection system uses TMS320F2812 and LabVIEW which runs under Windows CE platform as the core of the signal acquisition and processing system. TMS320F2812 controls every circuit module of the system to produce PWM signals which drives RF power and compensation voltage with the accuracy of 0. 01 V. Meanwhile, TMS320F2812 controls A/D chip which contributes to precise collection of compensation voltage and weak current. TMS320F2812 communicates with LabVIEW in real-time through the serial port. After a series of data processing, the acquisition accuracy of weak current is 0. 1 pA, and the acquisition accuracy of compensation voltage is 0.01 V.关键词
