某医院2011年度门诊处方评价与分析
An evaluation and analysis of outpatients prescription in a hospital in 2011
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the outpatient prescriptions,and improve the quality of prescriptions in clinics and ensure a rational and safety drug use. Methods The prescription evaluation forms in 2011 were collected,and the registration forms of the irrational prescriptions of the first half of 2011 were subjected to regression analysis,then the data were compared with those of the second half of 2011. Results In the last six months of 2011 ,the antibiotic use rate was (18. 50+3. 00) % and the injection use rate was (21. 50+4. 50) %, decreased 87. 41 % andl7.81% respectively as compared with the first six months of 2011. There were 48 irrational prescriptions in all the 1 200 prescriptions. Among the irrational prescriptions, there were 9 nonstandard prescriptions and 39 inaptitude medication prescriptions, accounted for 18. 75 %,81. 25% respectively. Conclusion The qualification rate of out patient prescriptions in 2011 at the hospital was found to be perfectly rational, while there still exists some problems that need to be improved.关键词
