Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of Norms of 0-36 month old child health management in community(On Trial) (Note: hereinafter using Norms for short) on parents knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) and analyze the compliance of par ents. Methods We tried out Norms in a community of Chongqing during Mar. 2009 to May. 2010. Pretrial 777 parents were inves tigated on their KAP on child health care and after trial 505 parents received the same investigation. Compared the KAP between the pretrial and the after trial group and evaluated the effects of Norms on KAP and analyzed parents compliance in Norms. Results After trial, parents knowledge, attitude and practice of child health services were positively promoted. And more parents ac cepted the community child health services. Conclusion The Norms improved and perfected the key parts of community child health services, improved the quality of community child health services and the awareness of parents.关键词
