摘要

Abstract

One wild and three cultivated soybeans were treated with 0,5,20,25 and 30 g·L-1 polyethylene glycol(PEG) ,and their germination and seedling growth indexes were determined. The germination rate of wild and cultivated soybean decreased with the increase of PEG concentration. The root length, height and fresh weight of soybean seedlings showed negative correlation with PEG concentration. Results suggest the drought resistance of wild soybean was higher than cultivated soybean.
