Abstract
The metallographic tests and the conventional mechanical properties tests were carried out to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint between 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel and Q345B low alloy high strength structural steel,which is used multi-pass/multi-layer manual arc welding. And made use of property gradient curves to study the heterogeneity of the mechanical properties of the welded joint through micro shear tests. The results indicate that the microslnictuie of weld seam is austenitic-ferritic duplex structure. There is II Type Boundary between the Q345B HAZ and the weld seam. The joint has good mechanical properties and the heterogeneity of microstructure and mechanical properties are mainly reflected in the side of Q345B.关键词
