循环荷载下奥氏体不锈钢的本构关系试验研究
Experimental study on constitutive relationship in austenitic stainless steel under cyclic loading

Abstract
In order to study the constitutive relationship of the stainless steel under cyclic loading, specimens of stainless steel S31608 were tested under a variety of loading systems. The stress-strain relationships of the stainless steel under monotonic and cyclic loading were studied. The cyclic skeleton curves were fitted by using the Ramberg-Osgood model. The parameters of the hardening model of cyclic plasticity were calibrated from test data and the tests were simulated by ABAQUS. The experimental results show that the hysteretic curves of stainless steel are plump, which indicates the excellent cyclic behavior. With the increase of the cyclic loops, stainless steel exhibits cyclic hardening behavior and the stress turns greater. The Ramberg-Osgood model fits the cyclic skeleton curves well. The simulated curves obtained by ABAQUS agree well with the test curves. Therefore, the constitutive relationship of stainless steel under cyclic loading is different from that under monotonic loading and the parameters of the hardening model of cyclic plasticity which are calibrated from tests can be used in the numerical simulations.关键词
