摘要

Abstract

A full digital frequency conversion flux controller was developed based on a SVPWM algorithm by using sensorless measuring technology. It combines the function of frequency speed regulation and the function of flux measurement of the fluid. The controller mainly consists of main circuit and control circuit. The output of SVPWM wave is realized by DSP. It controls effectively the intelligent power module (IPM), and makes the sinusoidal degree of the waveform of the output current very high, and also controls the flux accuracy error under 1%. It has been put into use in several chemical enterprises after its successful development, and has good operation effect. The application practice proves that the controller is of novel design as well as stable and reliable operation and will have a wide prospect of application market.
