摘要

Abstract

: Metabonomics is a new discipline with the advent of the post-genomic era, also an important part of systems biology. Currently, metabonomics has been widely used in various fields such as physiology, pharmacology, botany and so on, but its application in animal nutrition is still in the initial stage. With the further research of animal nutrition, metabonomics as a powerful analytical tool will play an important role in animal nutrition research. This article gave a brief introduction about the concept of metabonomics, characteristics of metabonomics, NMR-based metabonomics and its application in animal nutrition.
