利用SRAP标记分析辣椒亲本间遗传距离与产量杂种优势的关系
Analysis on correlation between genetic distance of pepper parents and heterosis of yield with SRAP molecular marker

Abstract
The sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) was used to analyze the correlation between genetic distance with heterosis of various agronomic traits in peppers. The materials consisted of five male parent peppers, six female parent peppers and their 25 F, hybrids based on half diallel methods. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between parental genetic distance ranged from -0.39 to 0.38 with 8 agronomic traits, whereas -0.02 with yield trait, not significant. The two-dimensional coordinate scatterplot for yield heterosis was established, and the results showed that with the increase of genetic distance the yield heterosis was improved when the genetic distance was less than 0.4051, whereas reduced when the genetic distance was greater than 0.4051. Therefore, in order to obtain greater heterosis during the new varieties breeding of pepper appropriate genetic distance should be selected in addition to phenotype and geographical difference.关键词
