Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy and precautions of intra-operative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholangiography ( LC). Methods: The clinical data of 57 cases who underwent intra-operative cholangiography in LC were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All of the 57 cases were performed successfully and none complication occurred. The effect was well during the 2-24 month follow-up. Conclusions: Intra-operative cholangiography in LC was with convenient materials and simple operation, has advantages of less pain, less complications, less time-consuming, less cost and high diagnostic rate, which is worth popularizing.关键词
