经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用体会
The application of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility and safety of transumbilical single- port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: From Dec. 2010 to Mar. 2012 the clinical data of 45 patients underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed. The operative time, blood loss, and postoperative recovery parameters were recorded to assess the feasibility and safety of this procedure. Results: All patients were performed successfully. The mean operative time was 43 min (30-130 min). The mean blood loss was 10 ml(5-25 ml). The postoperative hospital stay was 2-5 d. Within the follow-up of 1 to 12 months no complications were recorded. All the cases showed satisfied cosmetic effect. Conclusions: The transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible. It should be popularized.关键词
