Abstract
33 provenances of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F were collected from 8 provinces which contains the main distribution atea of T. wilfordii in China. 0.5 ha germplasm resources nursery have been built in Taoyuan state-owned forest farm in Datian County of Fujian Procince based on the collection, reproduction and conservation of the wild germplasm resources of T. wilfordii. In this ar- ticle, the steps and methods of establishment techniques of germplesm resources nursery of T. wilfordii have been described and the effects of the germplasm resources nursery have been discussed for providing reference for preservation of the germplasm resources of T. wilfordii, and it is base for the selective improved variety of T. wilfordii.关键词
