Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of astragali granules combined with irbesartan in the treatment of early renal injury induced by hypertension.Methods 70 patients with hypertensive nephropathy were randomly assigned to receive irbesartan of 150 mg alone once daily(75 patients,control group),or irbesartan of 150 mg once daily plus astragali granules of 4 g twice daily(75 patients,75 patients,study group)for three months.Levels of urinary β2MG,serum β2MG,24-hour urinary protein were detected,and related clinical indicators were observed before and 1 and 3 months after treatment.Results As compared with the baselines,levels of urinary β2MG,serum β2MG,24-hour urinary protein,and uricacid were decreased significantly one month after treatment in the control group(P＜0.05)and study group(P＜0.01),and were remarkably declined three months after treatment in both groups(P＜0.01).As compared with the control group,levels of urinary β2MG,serum β2MG,and 24-hour urinary protein were decreased significantly one month after treatment in study group(P＜0.05);,levels of 24-hour urinary protein,creatinine,and uric acid were decreased significantly three months after treatment in the study group(P＜0.05)and levels of urinary and serum β2MG were remarkably decreased(P＜0.01).Conclusions Astragali granules combined with irbesartan for early renal injury induced by hypertension.is more effective in reducing urinary protein and improving renal function.关键词
