急性心肌梗死溶栓后心率变异性近日节律的变化研究
Observation on circadian of heart rate variability in cases with acute myocardial infarction after thrombolysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the circadian of heart rate variability(HRV)in cases with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after thrombolysis.Method The cases with AMI were divided into the recanalization group,the no-recanalization group and the no-thrombolysis group.The dynamic electrocardiogram was used to evaluate the HRV.Results The levels of TF,LF and HF in the recanalization group were obviously higher than those in no-recanalization group and the no-thrombolysis group,and there were significant differences among them(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of LF/HF in the recanalization group were much lower than those in no-recanalization group and the no-thrombolysis group,with statistical significant differeuce in them(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of TF,LF,HF and LF/HF in the no-thrombolysis group were same to those in no-recanalization group,and there was no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The circadian of HRV can be obviously improved by recanalization with AMI after thrombolysis.关键词
