摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of simvastatin on plasma NT-proBNP and ventricular function in patients with silent heart failure.Methods 80 patients of silent heart failure were chosen and randomly divided into control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases for each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the treatment group was treated with simvastatin based on conventional treatment,the changes of plasma NT-proBNP level and the parameters of ventricular function before and after treatment were observed.Results The plasma NT-proBNP levels were obviously lower than those before treatment and the control group(P ＜ 0.05);the LVEDd,FS,LVEF in treatment group were more significantly improved than those in the control group and before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusions The simvastatin can decrease NT-proBNP levels and improve ventricular function of patients with silent heart failure.关键词
