综合干预对康复期精神病患者生活质量的影响
Effect of comprehensive intervention on quality of life of psychiatric patients during rehabilitation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on quality of life of psychiatric patients during rehabilitation.Methods We randomly selected 80 patients discharged from rehabilitation period for the study,and evaluated the QOL of patients with schizophrenia by using rehabilitation outcome assessment psychiatric patients discharged volume(IPROS),social disability screening schedule (SDSS)and WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF),and compared with those psychiatric patients not interfered with the rehabilitation period.Results The depression,anxiety,self-rating scale scores,symptom rating scale scores in patients treated with comprehensive rehabilitation intervention were all lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Targeted intervention by taking a comprehensive nursing care can improve the QOL of psychiatric patients during rehabilitation.关键词
