老年性白内障患者临床安全性护理分析
Analysis on effect of clinical safety nursing in treatment for senile cataract patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of clinical safety nursing in treatment for senile cataract patients,and then sum up and analyze the data.Methods From January 2012 to August 2012in our hospital,200 cases of senile cataract aged 40-65,with no significant difference degree of illness and being divisible,were given psychological nursing,health education,diet nursing and nursing care before and after surgery care and discharge guidance during cataract surgery,etc.Results Through a series of nursing alleviate the patients ' tension promoted themselves actively cooperate with treatment,improve the success rate of operation without any complications phenomenon,patients were very satisfied with the whole treatment process and nursing are,except for 2 patients not having recovered their vision after surgery due to not paying attention to rest.Conclusion It' s very necessary for the senile cataract patients to have clinical safety nursing,comprehensive nursing care can effectively improve the cure rate and degree of satisfaction of the patients.关键词
