蓝菊抗病毒口服液的质量标准研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a quality-control method for Lanju antivirus oral-liquid.Methods Polyamide film board was used to indentify Flos Chrysanthemi IndicL Silica gel G plate was used to indentify Radix Isatidis,Folium Isatidis,and Rhizoma Paridis.The determination was determined by HPLC and the chromatographic conditions were:acclaim 120 C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(26∶23∶1),column temperature (25 ℃),detection wavelength (334 nm),flow rate(1.0 ml·min-1).Results The features of thin-layer chromatography of Radix Isatidis,Folium Isatidis,and Rhizoma Paridis of Lanju antivirus oral liquid were distinct and there was no interference negative control.Between 0.025 μg and 0.250 μg,there was a good linearity in linarin (R2=0.9999),with an average recovery rate of 102.41％ (RSD=1.5％,n=6).Conclusions This method has a good specificity,is reproductive and accurate in quantity determination,and can be used to control the quality of Lanju antivirus oral-liquid.关键词
