摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relevant factors affecting flow rate of a portable infusion pump for chemotherapy and nursing strategies.Methods 60 patient received 5-FU chemotherapy by a portable infusion pump for a total of 96 cycles.The patients who received 48 cycles of treatment before use of nursing strategies were used as control,and the remaining patients who received 48 cycles after use of nursing strategies were assigned to the study group.The changes in flow velocity of the infusion pump were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of abnormal flow velocity differed significantly between the study group and the control group (6.25％ vs.25％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Nursing staff should make corresponding nursing strategies for the main factors affecting flow velocity of the portable infusion pump to assure timely and accurate infusions of chemotherapeutic drugs,having patients complete treatment successfully and improving the therapeutic effect.关键词
