Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on functional recovery in patients with fractures of radius and ulna and to analyze the efficacy of nursing.Methods The data on patients with fractures of radius and ulna who had been treated during November 2009 to November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.120 patients aged 30 to 45 (70 males and 50 females)were randomly selected as study subjects and then divided into study group and control group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received rehabilitation training and psychological nursing in addition to conventional nursing care.Results The patients got some improvement in forearm rotation.Functional recovery improved more in the study group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).No one got complications in the study group,while 2 in the control group,with a significant difference between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions After the training,the forearm function of the patients recovered more rapidly,the incidence of complications declined,and the patients were more satisfactory.This training is worth being generalized in the nursing of patients with fractures of radius and ulna.关键词
